Missibaba is a luxury accessory label established in Cape Town in 2005. Designer Chloe Townsend and her business partner Lizel Strydom take inspiration from the beautiful surroundings in the Mother City during their creative process.
In anticipation of the much awaited hot seasons, Missibaba has now released this pretty little designed bag called Robyn's Floral Bomb in a range of delightful colours to suit any occasion. The bright and colourful hues scream Fun in the Sun! And then there's also darker shades which would be perfect for a Summer's night out.
What I really love about it is that it can be worn as a clutch or sling bag as many a time I find that a bag looks really great with an outfit, but the strap just doesn't go. And I find myself trying to tuck the strap into the bag and taking up precious space inside it and making it impossible to close up completely.
I'll be honest and say that my food almost went flying out of my mouth when I saw the price at R2 950, but then I remembered that we're talking genuine leather, skilled designers and hard thought and creative processes. And let's not forget quality and design. It's cute and pretty and all that, and will last you many a warm season. And with floral being a recurrent trend, it'll never be 'so last season' :D
