Angel La Vie: Spree S|S 2014 Look Board

On Thursday the 11th of September I attended the Spring / Summer Look Board Event of online shop Spree.co.za. It was the event every fashion conscious person in South Africa was looking forward to. Unfortunately I did not attend the Autumn/Winter show but was surely made aware of the hype surrounding it on social media. The hype was no less this time and maybe even more so with the official event hashtag #spreess2014 being one of the hottest trends on Twitter.

For those of you who are not too familiar with Spree, they launched in April of 2013 and offer ladies and men apparel, kids and babies clothing, decor and gifts as well as beauty products. The range includes products from local and international designers. The site presents itself as a personal stylist by giving expert advice through the 'why buy' and 'wear with' options with every item.

At the event we were welcomed with a complimentary drink by one of the Sponsors, Tanqueray but were fortunate to have free access to the bar all evening. Yummy canapes were also served and we enjoyed some good beats. Needless to say, it was fashion all around with all the trendy fashionable people gathered in one place.

The collection was bright and beautiful, a reminder as to why we love Spring and Summer so much! Floral prints on modern and trendy designs were the order of the day. Spree Boutique Designers include
