Why? Because there is one more thing to be excited about besides it being Friday.
One of my favourite clothing retailers are opening the doors of their 100th, yes 100th, store in South Africa today. And not just anywhere in SA! It is at none other than one of thee best malls (in the world if I may add haha), the V & A Waterfront in Cape Town. This store is the largest Cotton On in the Western Cape and will offer collections not only from Cotton On, but also from Cotton On Body, Free and Ruby Shoes. And if you have ever shopped at Cotton On, you would know that all their clothing is right on trend, yet has an affordable price tag attached.
The 'Free' Collection is so me except that I'm not a teen girl anymore hehee. It is for the girls and boys aged between 9 and 14 who are free spirited and independent!
The Official Launch will be held by way of an exciting event on Saturday, 7 June 2014 at the store (of course). It will be an event filled with activities, including giveaways, promotions and prizes! A DJ will grace us with some groovy tunes to create a really awesome vibe. Customers who spend R500 and more will be able to customize and print designs on basic tees.
And don't worry, your mouth won't go dry of all the drooling as there will be a pop-up Caravan in-store, serving a delicious array of coffee blends and treats.

If you're not on Instagram yet, where have you been living? Just kidding. But seriously, get on with it because to add to the excitement of the launch, consumers are invited to share their best 'ON' moment while in store, tagging @cottonon, #cottononVandA and including their t-shirt size in the 'comments' section.
The entries that are most creative and inspirational will be judged in real time and each will receive an ' insta custom print out ' when exiting the store and the lucky winners will receive a fashion tee.
Winners will collect their prizes on 7 June 2014 at the V & A Store. Cotton On will contact the winners directly. Customization tees and prizes will be available while stocks last.
